Dennis Taylor’s Pocket Money - Instant Win is a stake driven, instant win game that offers players seven different stakes. The player can adjust their total stake by pressing the + and - buttons. The potential values to win behind the scratch panels will adjust accordingly.

Start the Game

Press the play button to load the game. Changing your stake will adjust the potential win values during the game. The Jackpot value will change as the stake is adjusted. Once your stake has been selected, press ‘tick’ to begin the game.

The stake is deducted from the current balance, located bottom left of the scratchcard interface.

Once the ‘tick’ button has been pressed and a card has been bought, the game will show four interactive panels which contain four games that relate to snooker.

Buttons

When the default scratchcard interface is displayed, (before the game has begun), there is a ‘tick’ button, + and - stake adjuster buttons and a Settings ‘cog’ button. All of these are located on the start screen.

The Settings button will allow you to set game options, including sound and vibrate, (on compatible devices).

How Do You Win?

Once a game has started via the ‘tick’ button, you will be presented with 4 scratch panels and two buttons. ‘REVEAL ALL’ button will automatically remove the scratch panels rapidly to reveal the result on each panel. ‘PAYTABLE’ will show the win plan for the right hand panel. The aim of the game is to win one or more of the three games presented. There is also a bonus game which can be won from the 4th central bottom panel.

Game 1: PRIZE MATCH - Using a scratch function, the player reveals a selection of trophies, each displaying a cash value. Match 3 cash values to win the associated cash prize shown on the trophies.

Game 2: COLOURED BALLS - Using a scratch function, the player reveals a 3x3 grid of snooker ball symbols. To the bottom of the grid, an award card, (paytable button), can be accessed which gives fixed values to a set of six corresponding snooker ball colours. These symbols will be populated within the grid. A win is awarded if the player reveals 3 of a kind snooker ball colours, and the win value is dictated by the pay table.

Game 3: BIG BREAK SCORE - Using a scratch function, the player reveals a set of values within 2 panels. One is labelled ‘Your Score’ and the other is labelled ‘Opponent’s Score’. If ‘Your Score’ is higher than ‘Opponent’s Score’ then the player will win a value, displayed on the win panel.

Game 4: BONUS POT - Using press function, the player reveals a line of snooker balls which represent a snooker break. Each ball needs to be potted in order to activate the bonus. If the line of snooker balls aren’t interrupted by a ‘Miss’ then the line is completed and the Dennis Taylor bonus is activated. Order to be potted is yellow, green, brown, blue, pink and black.

Dennis Taylor: BONUS GAME - When this bonus game is activated, the player is presented with a board game lapper around the edge of a snooker table. The board game squares are populated with all the different coloured snooker balls. There are also 2 ‘Cups’ on the board, which, if 3 are collected, will unlock the Jackpot. There will also be 2 bonus ‘mini game’ squares of which will reveal a basic 3 choice ‘Pick Me’ to win a cash prize. There are also 2 negative squares – ‘Foul’ - which ends the bonus round.

The aim of this bonus game is to collect as many snooker balls as possible in order to fill a paytable of stake multipliers. If the player lands on any coloured snooker ball, the paytable will highlight all corresponding coloured balls. When all coloured balls on a particular level have been highlighted, that corresponding stake multiplier is awarded.

The player moves around the board until they land on a ‘Foul’ square. At that point, the player will be forced to collect and any wins will be paid to the player. All events are predetermined.

Features

There are 5 individual board icons which have different features:

Coloured Balls

This gives the player a coloured ball which will be highlighted on the snooker ball score card to the right of board game. The snooker balls accumulate into the ball score card and, if any panels are fully lit, then the prize for that section is paid to the player's Total Win meter.

Bonus

This awards the player a ‘Pick Me’ of 3 snooker balls. The player picks one of the balls and the values are revealed to the player. A cash value will be won from this feature and paid to the player.

Cash Square

This awards money into the Cashpot at the top left of the play screen. When the player lands on this square, a cash amount will be added to the Cashpot. The Cashpot accrues every time the player lands on a cash square. It will keep incrementing the Cashpot until the game finishes and the win is awarded.

Foul Square

If a player lands on this square, then the game ends. Any wins will be awarded into the player’s Balance.

Cup (trophy)

When the player lands on this square a cup will add to the icons on the Jackpot panel, located top right. The player needs 3 Cup icons to unlock the Jackpot shown, (10,000x stake).

Game Recovery

  • In the event of a game in real play being interrupted, (i.e. started but not completed due to connectivity issues or accidentally closing the browser, etc...), any winnings will be correctly credited to your account and will be exact according to the result prior to the game being interrupted.
  • In the event of an interruption, the game will return to the beginning of the game
  • The sequence and values of events leading to the display of the total award may vary from the animation prior to game recovery. This will not affect the result of the game after the game has recovered.
